Iceland: Are international smelters paying corporation tax?
First it was Starbucks in the UK, now it’s Alcoa and Nordural in Iceland. A report from the website News of Iceland alleges that the America aluminium giant Alcoa has ‘not paid a cent’ in corporation tax in the country since it set up shop there in 2003.
