The total number of registrants reached 4184 on the second day of the annual event, the second highest total number of attendees recorded in the past decade.
The event featured 3358 presentations, 318 technical sessions and an exhibition featuring 126 companies.
In the Light Metals section Hydro Aluminium’s Halvor Kvande won a Distinguished Service award while Sintef’s Anne Kvithyld won the Vittorio de Nora Prize Lecture.
