Tenova received a new contract for the supply of a Decarburization and Coating Line (DCL) from VIZ-Stal (NLMK Group), for its plant in Ekaterinburg (Russia).

The new DCL will supply the important steps of gain-orientated (GO) electrical strip production of Tenova’s heat treatment furnaces and strip processing, Tenova LOI Thermprocess and Tenova Italimpianti. The final processing of the steel will be carried out at a newly built plant located in India. The engineering, the supply and the supervision services of the mechanical and process equipment, the heat treatment portion (furnace system) as well as the related electrical, measuring and control systems for a Decarburization and Coating Line (DCL Line) will all be included in the contract.
