His executive management experience encompasses engineering, operations, finance, sales and strategy. The company also announced that the Board of Directors appointed its former Board Chairman, William H. Brooks, to serve as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr Brooks previously served as Chairman of the Board from March 2008 to May 2015.
