Hydro appoints new member to senior leadership team

Hydro has appointed a new Executive Vice President (EVP) Communication & Public Affairs.

Olav Magnus Linge has been appointed to the role, effective 1 April 2026.

Mr Linge succeeds Therese Rød Holm who, after five years, has decided to step down from her current role as EVP for Communication & Public Affairs to take on the new role as Senior Vice President, Head of Group Internal and Leadership Communication at Hydro.

Mr Linge first joined Hydro in 2021. He was previously from the role of Vice President, Head of Government Affairs Norway.

His background includes positions as a political advisor in the Norwegian government and parliament. He holds a Master’s in History from the University of Oslo.
