Average daily metal production since 2009 has been 1400t/day. Current production stands at 2035t/day, strongly positioning Emal to meet the projected increase in global aluminium demand.
Emal reported no lost time injuries on its reduction potlines in 2011; equivalent to five million man hours. Its reduction potlines also operated without a single pot failure.
