The line will be designed and supplied from Italy for installation at Luoyang Wanji ‘s plant in Xinan County, Luoyang, Henan and is the third contract signed with the company this year. Previous contracts include a FATA Hunter OPTI-six cold rolling mill and the previous Tension Level Line.
Fata was also recently awarded a contract for the supply of three new ‘h-system’ process controls systems for thickness and flatness automatic control to Jiangsu Changfa Refrigeration, China. The three h-systems will be installed on Chinese supplied rolling mills.
All mills will be capable of producing 1000, 3000 and 8000 series alloys.
Each system will be complete with Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) and Automatic Flatness Control (AFC), integrated Level 2 control a flatness measurement system and coolant spray bars. Roll Eccentricity Compensation is included in the cold mill system.
