Assan Alüminyum has acquired an aluminium foil production plant in West Virginia, USA through its subsidiary Kibar Americas.
With this purchase, the Turkiye-headquarted company will now produce aluminium foil domestically in the United States and which will help it expand its operations outside its home country.
