The second speaker for the Aluminium Outlook ’26 has been announced.

Taking place on 17 February 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London, UK, Gabriel Rozenberg, co-founder and CEO of CBAMBOO, will speak at the event.

Mr Rozenberg’s session will present a clear and practical overview of the latest CBAM developments. He will break down what the new rules mean for aluminium traders in 2026 and how to treat CBAM as a new business process without disrupting operations.

Gabriel has spent his career at the intersection of climate, public policy and finance. He is co-founder and CEO of CBAMBOO, the operating system for the world’s carbon border taxes.

CBAMBOO helps global firms to navigate the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, generating emissions data and mapping their tax exposure.

Gabriel began his career at The Times, where he was the newspaper’s Economics Reporter.

He then worked as an analyst and investment director at two hedge funds and was active in London politics before launching CBAMBOO in 2023.

Other confirmed speakers at the event include Aluminium Dunkerque, Arctial, Speira, Innoval, Alfed, DTE, Qform and Storvik.
