Eminent speakers from the major car makers, academics, aluminium recyclers and casters will all be highlighting the current and future trends in light-weighting and recycling at the ‘Aluminium in Automotive Conference 2011’, 28-29 September.
Featuring Chair Prof. Garel Rhys CBE, speakers from Audi, Nissan and Jaguar Land Rover, the Universities of Brunel and Birmingham and the European Aluminium Association among others, this packed programme will enable attendees to get close to the key players, to hear what major car makers are planning and to learn more about the role of aluminium in the future of automotive development in these key areas.
Organised by the Aluminium Federation and the Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing & Recycling Association, the two-day conference brings together the leading people in the field to discuss the latest thinking.
