With the growth of the fair the number of exhibitors requesting space has grown. The halls are divided into six parts, namely primary production, semi-finished goods, surface treatment, casting and heat treatment, metal working and processing and joining of aluminium: (welding, bonding and joining).
The German Aluminium Industry Association will plan and organise the congress for the first time. The congress will primarily deal with the aluminium processing industry. It will feature five sessions with six 15-20 minute presentations on the application related topics of building automotive, transportation, surface and market and will take place over the three days of the fair.
