The money will be spent at its Pindamonhangaba, Brazil, operations and will have a 100kt/y capacity of sheet. It will come on stream in late 2013.

The Pindamonhangaba facility is an integrated rolling and recycling complex located in the state of Sao Paulo.
The plant is currently in the midst of a $300M expansion of its rolling mill and a $32M expansion of its recycling capacity.
