In this newly created position, he will assume the global leadership of Houghton specialty product lines for the major metal industries, including steel and aluminium. He will report directly to Mike Shannon, Houghton chief operating officer.
Mr Boldrini brings decades of experience in the global chemical industry to Houghton, where he will be responsible for leading all global commercial activities to drive growth in the company’s metals businesses. He will be a member of the company’s Executive Committee and also join the boards of Houghton Japan and Korea Houghton.
